The normal use of screw compressor, exhaust temperature is almost in 70℃ above, this temperature condition, lubricating oil is not emulsified, like the above situation, is not common.

In addition to the causes of lubricating oil emulsification leading to damage to the head of the air compressor, there are other common reasons that can lead to the wear of the head, such as:

1. Reasons for the air compressor placement environment and working environment. Operating in harsh environments, such as mines, cement, ceramics and other dust, sand, long-term work in this environment, will cause head wear.

2, the use of inferior lubricating oil or lubricating oil has not been replaced for a long time.
